Payment Methods
i. PMDL & Company (DBA Mosaic Wine Alliance) accepts payments through the following methods:
1. Fintech (Preferred Payment Partner): https://go.fintech.com/MosaicWineAlliance
2. Melio (Will be phased out in 2026 and replaced with Fintech): www.melio.me/mwa
3. Bill.com (Will be phased out in 2026 and replaced with Fintech)
*Our portfolio includes multiple brokered wineries that MUST be paid directly. For more information please refer to the “Remit To” section of your invoice.

California Assembly Bill 2991 is effective 1/1/2026,
ALL payments must go through Fintech as our elected payment partner
Payment Terms
i. All payments, regardless of the method should have clear instructions or memo on the invoice it is to be applied to.
Payments for other brokered wineries that are made in error to Mosaic Wine Alliance will not be transferred and will remain as open credit on customers accounts.

Customers can use the credits to lower their open balance with Mosaic Wine Alliance, Place new orders, or request refunds.

Refunds can only process if the customer has no open invoices with Mosaic Wine Alliance and are subject to approval.

iii. We strictly adhere to California ABC Rules including those of Credit Terms for customers with past due invoices.
iv. All goods are sold on NET 30 Terms and invoices are considered past due on day 31.
v. Customers with past due balances will be placed on COD terms there after (additional COD fees apply).
vi. $50 fee is applicable to all returned checks or NSF payments.
vii. We reserve the right to restrict customers credit terms at any time.
AB2991 will go in to effect on 1/1/2026. Mosaic Wine Alliance has elected to expand it’s existing relationship with Fintech and Fintech will be the only accepted EFT method of payment starting 1/1/2026.
We encourage you to start your onboarding with Fintech at the earliest.
This method of payment has no costs associated for basic payment processing for our valued customers.
